We announce the departure of Tom L. Peterson, who has joined the full time executive staff of Pharm-Eco Laboratories, Inc., a biotechnology firm in Lexington, MA, as Vice President and General Counsel. Best wishes, Tom.
Andrew G. Stone, our newest member, has broad experience advising technology oriented companies concerning the legal issues of growth. Andy recently helped a major medical device manufacturer prepare for the trial of a patent suit, and assisted in settling the case.
Edward T. Russell, is now part time counsel and human resource manager with a high technology, ultra filtration manufacturer. Ed also will chair the Small Business Conference in February of the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce, and will speak on issues of employment law.
James W. Spindler, and the doings of the AIGC, were featured in the December, 1995 issue of Corporate Legal Times in an article about new forms of providing legal services to companies.
William F. Swiggart addressed the June, 1995 annual meeting of the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) concerning recent developments in intellectual property law and legal developments on the Internet.
J. Alden Tad Lincoln was recently elected a Director of the Northeast Business Environmental Network, Inc. (NBEN), a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering pollution prevention and technical assistance among small and medium-size companies in the northeast.
